■チェルノブイリ 有毒物質と一緒にガンガン燃えている天ぷら油の炎（稼働中の炉心）の消火訓練中。 安全装置のせいで火力調節がうまくいかず 「こんな種火みたいな火消したって、訓練にならんすよ」「せやなぁ」 とコンロの安全装置を解除して火力アップ。 「ようし、燃えたでー、じゃあこれで消火訓練すんぞ」「よっしゃー！」
と水ぶちまけたら、鍋ごと大爆発。
台所（圧力容器）の扉も、建物も吹っ飛んで、町中に有毒物質が大飛散。
■福島原発 地震が来たので、ガスコンロの安全装置が燃えてる天ぷら油を自動消火。 天ぷら油の火はちゃんと消したけど、その中で燃やしてた有毒物質の炭火がいつまでも くすぶっている。 その後にその炭火を消すための水が、地震と津波で断水して炭火が消えない。 早く水かけて冷やさないと炭が爆ぜて、最悪、家の回りと、向かい両隣りのご近所 さんにも有毒物質飛び散っちゃうかもしんないからどうしよう。
・・・とかやってたらガス漏れ引火。台所の扉は大丈夫だけど、家の窓が吹っ飛んだ。 もう家の中は危ないから、外からホースで急いで水かけようぜ。 あと水道も止まって、台所の蛇口から水でないから、早く断水なおそうぜ←今ココ
「危ない」の意味と範囲、それに原因が全然違う。
